At Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC this year, a favorite show that I attended was Rebecca Minkoff. She sent a spectacular leopard pant suit down the runway that made me fall in love with animal prints even more than I already was! I didn't even think that was possible!
In my world, leopard prints don't even qualify as a trend because I tend to bring them out every year. For me, leopard is almost a neutral and as timeless as a red pout or mani.
So, what fall trends are you looking forward to sporting this year?
If animal prints intimidate you and you aren't quite ready to go all out with a leopard pant suit, for instance, stick to small pops of visual interest in accessory form. I've never been a fan of animal prints and, in fact, have never warn any. (I know, shocking, right?) But those heels in the picture are TOO cute. I would definitely sport those.
I've always loved leopard print. It's amazing how designers keep coming out with even more interesting ways to use it, like those great shoes!
